There are four types of maintenance:
• Corrective maintenance
• Adaptive maintenance - modifies software to interface with changing environments, ie, new operating systems
• Perfective maintenance - satisfies requests for new functionality
• Preventative maintenance - improves reliability of the applications
ATDI has a policy of continuous innovation and development and all customers with a valid maintenance agreement can upgrade their application throughout the contract period.
