Standard tools We offer a suite of radio communications, mobile satellite communication, and network planning software systems tools starting with basic modelling of single radio coexistence effects such as the generation of intermodulation products. Our mid-range network planning software and mobile satellite communication tools allow path profiling and the calculation of link path budgets with simple area coverage computation for mobile services. Our flagship modelling tools for both civil and military applications cover the planning and modelling of most current radio technologies. All network planning software and mobile satellite communication tools are fully tailored to complete specified functions – connectivity, traffic analysis, optimisation, coexistence, interference/jamming and frequency planning. Each function is carried out according to internationally agreed methods and standards.

Custom tools ATDI have many customers using ICS Telecom and the other off-the-shelf tools. Our customers agree that standard tools work well and support them in completing tasks such as checking sites against a memorandum of understanding (MoU) or displaying coverage of networks designed on ICS Telecom from files help on server. Once our clients have developed their own methods using off-the-shelf software, they often come back to us for a custom tool that helps them simplify the process and allows less-skilled people to carry it out.
