There are four types of maintenance:
Corrective maintenance
• Adaptive maintenance – modifies software to interface with changing environments such as new operating systems
• Perfective maintenance – gives new functionality
• Preventative maintenance – improves reliability of the applications
ATDI has a policy of continuous innovation and development and all customers with a valid maintenance agreement can upgrade their application at any point in the contract period.
