There are four types of maintenance:
- Corrective maintenance
- Adaptive maintenance – modifies software to interface with changing environments such as new operating systems
- Perfective maintenance – gives new functionality
- Preventative maintenance – improves reliability of the applications
ATDI has a policy of continuous innovation and development and all customers with a valid maintenance agreement can upgrade their application throughout their technical support contract period.
