The company introduced webinars last year and the warm response to the concept has encouraged ATDI to plan an expanded programme for 2010.
“People tell us they like the webinars because they are just as informative as the traditional seminar but, clearly, without the travel costs and time implications,” says ATDI principal engineer, Nick Kirkman. “And, as with all companies, we are conscious of reducing our carbon footprint and this helps enormously.”
The first ATDI webinar last year coincided with the launched of the latest version of planning and modelling tool, ICS Telecom. Customers accessed the presentation online and, after hearing from ATDI engineers, were able to ask questions via the online service.
This year there will be a series of 30-minute webinars which will be free to customers. The events will present a host of different topics including technology developments, ‘how to’ guides for ATDI tools as well as providing technical support and advice.
The webinar programme until the summer 2010 has been finalised but the company is eager to hear from customers as to which additional topics should be covered. Representations can be made to email@example.com
