A global audience tuned in to ATDI’s latest FAQ Friday webinar.
Some attendees had got up early – or stayed up late – to hear the company’s operations director Paul Grant take them through the capabilities of ATDI’s planning and modelling software tools.
“It’s very gratifying when people are prepared to participate even at what is a pretty inconvenient time of day for them,” Paul notes. “What’s lunchtime for the UK and very handy for the European audience isn’t quite so comfortable for people in Australia, Asia and the Americas; sorry we can’t do anything about it.”
The overarching theme of the session was mapping clutter and it dealt with building clutter models and how users can create and edit their own clutter; using ATDI’s intermodulation calculator (IMP Calc); and how to set up and select from external maps.
Attendees came from all areas of the radiocommunications sector – commercial, military, governmental and regulatory – and Paul says: “I think one reason for the popularity of FAQ Fridays is that the audience choose the topics themselves. The purpose of the session is to show them how to get the most out of ATDI software and they pick the areas where our tools are of most value to them and where they want to explore more.”
The next FAQ Friday will be on October 2nd at 12.30 pm GMT. Delegates wishing to attend should contact email@example.com for more details.
